Ordering a custom cue can sometimes be difficult for others. Don’t worry I am not difficult to work with. Whether you are ordering your first custom or are a huge collector, I am always willing to discuss the designing of a custom cue. On this page I will break it down into two categories: 1.Things you need to know 2. Things I need to know
Things You Need to Know
Although I make custom cues, there are many things I am not willing to do:
I am not making sneaky petes
I am not taking orders for conversions at this time
I will not alter another makers cue (retaper butt, add inlays, etc.)
I will not make a shaft below 12.5 mm (if you use an aftermarket shaft, that is fine we can match a blank)
I am only building cues with 3/8 x 10 Joint Pin.
25% Non Refundable deposit required for all orders
Shipping is always extra and is not included in the price of the cue
Final balance plus shipping is due within 30 days when I state the cue is completed, failure to pay balance or communicate will lead to loss of deposit.
Payment Options:
Personal Check, money order, or cashiers check
For international customers bank wire transfer only
Communication is key. If something happens that might disrupt the order then please let me know. I am not trying to be rude, every situation is different, but I have had enough bad situations happen.
